Hilltop Bed & Breakfast
Located just 2 miles outside the village of Montgomery, this French Country Estate built in 2001 sits high on a mountain top on 12 acres of land with magnificent views of the countryside.
The screened in porch and wrap around deck allows you to enjoy the sounds of nature and the views of the valley and mountains.
There is a media room to watch movies, a living room with a fireplace and beautiful views, a game room to play ping pong or chess if you like.
All the guest rooms are air conditioned, one with a private bath, the other two with a shared bath. Each room is charmingly decorated. Television and wireless internet are provided.
A full country breakfast with home baked goods is served in our dining room, screened in porch or on the deck, weather permitting.
Located in the Hudson Valley, Hilltop Bed & Breakfast is close to the airport, train and bus station. You will be just a short distance from antique shops, wineries, golf courses, hiking trails, biking, shopping and great restaurants.
Check-in Times: Between 3pm and 7pm
Checkout time: 11am
We require a full deposit for 1 night stay plus tax and 50% deposit for longer stays.
Rooms can accommodate two people.
A fee of $40.00 is added for 3rd person in suite.
Hilltop Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free environment. However , you are certainly welcome to enjoy your tobbaco products on our screened in porch or deck.
Children- 12 yrs. and older. Although we have two cats, we can't accept pets.
Cancellations: If we receive notice two weeks prior to your reservation (date of arrival) we will give a full refund.
One week prior to your reservation (date of arrival) a 50% refund.
Less than a week to your reservation (date of arrival) no refund.
Rates: $140-$185 plus tax. Cash, check or credit card.
