Local NY Tourism Attractions: My home is set in the historic tree-lined district of Warwick offering historic sites, antiquing, wineries, apple orchards, shopping and many restaurants to tantalize your tastebuds.  The Hudson Valley offers West Point Military Academy, Woodbury Common Outlets, Sugar Loaf Craftsman Village, Storm King Art Center, Mountain Creek, skiing and waterpark in nearby Vernon, New Jersey and so much more!

Directions to Warwick, NY:

• From South - New York City and New Jersey:
  Take New York State Thruway to Exit 16 (Harriman), take Route 17 (north or west) to Exit 127 (Greycourt Rd.). Bear left at end of ramp, cross Route 17M at signal to County Rt. 13 and follow signs for Warwick (approx. 8-9 miles).  At signal in Warwick, make a right, 1/4 mile on the right you will find us!
• From Pennsylvania:       
  Take Route 84 east to Route 17 east toward NY City.  Go approximately 4 miles to Exit 124 (Florida/Goshen), and make a left at the signal onto Route 17A. Follow 17A through Florida into Warwick (17A is Maple Avenue), we are on the left (before the hospital).
• From Newburgh or Connecticut:        
  Take Route 84 west to 17 east toward NY City and then refer to above.
• From North:
  Take Route 17 east toward NY City and then refer to above.
• From Newark Airport:
  Take 78 West to the Garden State Parkway North to the NYS Thruway North, then refer to above directions from the South.
• From Stewart Airport:
  Make a right at airport exit onto State Route 207. Follow 207 through Goshen to State Route 17A (one leads into the other at the second light -- there are 5 corners -- go to the right, but not the sharp right). Follow 17A into Warwick, immediately before the hospital, we are on the left (#24 Maple Avenue, which is also Route 17A.)

Innkeeper: Loretta has been an area resident for more than 25 years and absolutely loves to share her experiences with her guests.  Loretta's passion for cooking is apparent in her presentation of the tantalizing breakfasts served at her home.
