From the heart of the village it's just a stroll up the tree lined Oakland Avenue to the beautiful Ashford Cottage Bed & Breakfast where visitors will find a gracious Irish welcome, elegantly appointed accommodations and a wonderful morning meal.
While a car is preferable to really tour our area there is o need to rent a car when staying at Ashford Cottage. We are just 1 block up from the New Jersey Transit bus stop which runs an express route right into New York City's Port Authority. Many restaurants and pubs are within walking distance and Warwick's frequent events, festivals and art shows provide ample entertainment.
Our exquisitely detailed guest rooms offer all the amenities you could want and more. Filled with antiques, fine linens, bathrobes, flat screen TVs and private baths, each room or suite offers a relaxing retreat. Whether you prefer a sleigh bed or a 4 poster, whirlpool tub or Swedish shower, fireplace or private patio, one of our rooms is waiting for you.
Our common room has a big screen TV, fireplace and full office for our business guests including free WiFi internet service throughout the B&B. Full massage services are available either in-room or poolside. Small weddings and events. Apartment rentals available.
